Fourormorerepairattemptsaremadeonthesamenonconformity
(adefectorconditionthatsubstantiallyimpairstheuse,valueor
safetyofthevehicle)OR
3.
Thevehicleisoutofserviceforrepairofnonconformitiesforatotal
ofmorethan30calendardays(notnecessarilyallatonetime)
