Adjusting the front power seat  (if equipped)
WARNING: Neveradjustthedriver’sseatorseatbackwhenthe
vehicleismoving.Suddenbrakingoracollisioncouldcause
seriousinjury.Adjusttheseatonlywhenthevehicleisstopped.
WARNING: Donotpilecargohigherthantheseatbacksto
reducetheriskofinjuringpeopleinacollisionorsuddenstop.
WARNING: Alwaysdriveandridewithyourseatbackupright
andthelapbeltsnugandlowacrossthehips.
WARNING: Sittinginareclinedpositionwhilethevehicleis
movingisdangerousbecauseyoudon’tgetthefullprotection
fromseatbelts.Duringsuddenbrakingoracollision,youcan
slideunderthelapbeltandsufferseriousinternalinjury,orin
arearendcollisionyoucouldflyupandoutofthevehicle.For
maximumprotection,sitwellbackandupright.
