procedureoutlinedonthefirstpageoftheCustomerAssistancesection,

TheBBBAUTOLINEprogramconsistsoftwoparts–mediationand
arbitration.Duringmediation,arepresentativeoftheBBBwillcontact
bothyouandFordMotorCompanytoexploreoptionsforsettlementof
theclaim.Ifanagreementisnotreachedduringmediationandyour
claimiseligible,youmayparticipateinthearbitrationprocess.An
arbitrationhearingwillbescheduledsothatyoucanpresentyourcase
inaninformalsettingbeforeanimpartialperson.Thearbitratorwill
considerthetestimonyprovidedandmakeadecisionafterthehearing.
Youarenotboundbythedecision,butshouldyouchoosetoacceptthe
BBBAUTOLINEdecision,Fordmustabidebytheaccepteddecisionas
well.DisputessubmittedtotheBBBAUTOLINEprogramareusually
decidedwithinfortydaysafteryoufileyourclaimwiththeBBB.

pleasecallorwritetorequestaprogramapplication.Youwillbeasked
foryournameandaddress,generalinformationaboutyournewvehicle,
informationaboutyourwarrantyconcerns,andanystepsyouhave
alreadytakentotrytoresolvethem.ACustomerClaimFormwillbe
mailedthatwillneedtobecompleted,signedandreturnedtotheBBB
alongwithproofofownership.Uponreceipt,theBBBwillreviewthe
claimforeligibilityundertheProgramSummaryGuidelines.
