Note:Replacementofthebatterywillnotcausetheremotetransmitter
tobecomedeprogrammedfromyourvehicle.Theremotetransmitter
shouldoperatenormallyafterbatteryreplacement.
Replacing lost remote entry  transmitters
Ifyouwouldliketohaveyourremoteentrytransmitterreprogrammed
becauseyoulostone,orwouldliketobuyadditionalremoteentry
transmitters,youcaneitherreprogramthemyourself,ortakeall
remoteentrytransmitterstoyourauthorizeddealerfor
reprogramming.
Howtoreprogramyourremoteentrytransmitters
Youmusthaveallremoteentrytransmitters(maximumoffour)
availablebeforebeginningthisprocedure.Ifallremoteentrytransmitters
arenotpresentduringtheprogrammingprocedure,thetransmittersthat
arenotpresentduringprogrammingwillnolongeroperatethevehicle.
Note:Ensurethebrakepedalisnotdepressedduringthissequence.
Toreprogramtheremoteentrytransmitters:
1.

Ensurethevehicleiselectronicallyunlocked.
PutthekeyintheignitionintheO(off)position.
Cyclefourtimesrapidly(within
sixseconds)betweentheO(off)
andII(on)position.
Note:Thefourthturnmustendin
theII(on)position.
4.
TurnthekeytotheO(off)
positionwithin10seconds.
5.
Achimewillsoundtoconfirm
thattheprogrammingmodehasbeenactivated.
6.
Within10secondspressanybuttonontheremoteentrytransmitter.
Note:Ifmorethan10secondshavepassedyouwillneedtostartthe
procedureoveragain.
7.
Achimewillsoundtoconfirmthatthisremoteentrytransmitterhas
beenprogrammed.
8.
9.
RepeatStep6toprogrameachadditionalremoteentrytransmitter.
Theprogrammingmodewillexitautomaticallyafter10secondsof
inactivityorbyturningtheignitionII.
