Rem ove the cargo cover. The cargo cover
must be rem oved or the seatback cannot be
locked in the upright position.
Lift the rem ote latch release on the left sid e
of the well and fold the rem aining floor
panel tow ard the front of the car until it
latches. Make sure the seatback is locked in
the upright position by pushing forw ard and
backw ard on it.
To close the seat:

Ensu re that the third row safety belts are
fully stow ed, and belts located in notches.
Lift the rem ote latch release and push the
seat dow n until it latches.
Pu ll up on the hand le and push the floor
panel into place.
