Speed ometer
The speed om eter tells you how many miles
(kilom eters) per hou r you r vehicle is moving.
Odometer
The od om eter tells you the total nu mber of miles
(kilom eters) you r vehicle has been driven.
Trip Odometer
The trip od om eter tells you how many miles
(kilom eters) you r vehicle has been driven since
the last reset. Press the reset bu tton to retu rn the
trip od om eter to zero.
Tach ometer
The tachom eter tells you the ap proxim ate engine
revolu tions per minu te (how fast the engine is
ru nning). You may dam age the engine if you
drive with the ind icator in the red zone.
The Option al and SHO Clu sters
The optional cluster and the SHO cluster have
ind icator lights that are not on the stand ard
cluster. For details abou t these lights, read the
inform ation below . To learn abou t the stand ard
warning lights and gau ges that com e on all
clusters, see The Standard Cluster earlier in this
chap ter.
The optional cluster has a 120 mph (200 km / h)
speed om eter and a 7,000 rp m tachom eter.
The SHO cluster also has a 150 mph (240 km / h)
speed om eter and an 8,000 rp m tachom eter.
