The cruise control allows driving at a speed
between 30 to 90 MPH (48 to 144 km/h)
without keeping your foot on the accelerator
pedal.
To set cruising speed, accelerate your
vehicle to the desired speed, push the
COAST/SET switch and release it. (The
CRUISElightwillcomeon.)Takeyourfootoff
theacceleratorpedal.Yourvehiclewillmain-
tainthesetspeed.
c) Turn the main switch off. Both the ON
indicatorandCRUISElightswillgoout.

If you depress the brake pedal while
pushingtheRES/ACCELswitchandreset
at the cruising speed, the cruise control
will disengage. Turn the main switch off
onceandthenturnitonagain.

When passing a vehicle, depress the
accelerator pedal. When you release the
pedal,thevehiclewillreturntotheprevi-
ouslysetspeed.
●
Thecruisecontrolwillautomaticallycan-
celifthevehicleslowsdownmorethan8
MPH(13km/h)belowthesetspeed.
●
Thevehiclemaynotmaintainthesetspeed
whengoingupordownsteephills.Ifthis
happens,drivewithoutthecruisecontrol.
● MovetheselectorlevertotheNposition.
TheCRUISElightwillgoout.
Toresetatafastercruisingspeed,use
Tocancelthepresetspeed,followanyof
oneofthefollowingmethods:

Was looking for a way to disable the passenger airbag so I could have my dog beside me while traveling but it does not seem possible.
