types may damage your vehicle. Use chain
tensioners when recommended by the tire
chainmanufacturertoensureatightfit.Loose
endlinksofthetirechainmustbesecuredor
removedtopreventthepossibilityofwhipping
actiondamagetothefendersorunderbody.If
possible, avoid fully loading your vehicle
whenusingtirechains.Inaddition,driveata
reduced speed. Otherwise, your vehicle may
be damaged and/or vehicle handling and
performancemaybeadverselyaffected.
Donotdrivewithtirechainsonpavedroads
whichareclearofsnow.Drivingwithchains
insuchconditionscancausedamagetothe
various mechanisms of the vehicle due to
someoverstress.Whendrivingonclearpaved
roads,besuretochangeto2WD.
