Thelazyseatfacilityisavailableonlyon
vehiclesfittedwithadriver’sseatmemory.
Thefacilityenablesthehandsetstobeusedto
recallthepre-setelectricseat/mirrorpositions
whenyouUNLOCKthedoor.Thetwo
handsetsareseparatelyidentifiedbydifferent
labelsandbygreyandblackbatterycovers-
key1correspondstodriver’sseatmemory1,
andkey2toseatmemory2(see’Seats’).

Thekeyisleftinthestarterswitch.
Anincomplete’lazylock’isattempted.The
messagecentrewillindicatethecauseofa
mislocke.g.’SUNROOFBLOCKED’.
Ifamislockoccurs,awarning’bleep’will
soundinwhichcaseyoushouldunlockthe
vehicle,rectifythecauseofthemislockand
thenre-lockthevehicle.
NOTE:Ifadditionalhandset/keyshavebeen
obtained(key3andkey4),theyarenotlinked
tothememoryseatsystem.
LAZYLOCKING
Lazylocking’enablesyoutousethehandset
orkeytoclosethewindowsandsunroofat
thesametimeasyousecurethevehicle.

Pressandholdthe’unlock’buttononthe
handsetfor1/2seconds(theindicatorlight

onthehandsetflashesrapidly),andthen
release.Thedriver’sseatandbothmirrorswill
movetothepositionsprogrammedintothe
relevantseatmemory.
Tooperatelazylocking:
1.
Ensurethedoors,bonnetandtailgateare
properlyclosed.
NOTE:’Lazyseats’willonlyoperateif
volumetricprotectionwasactivatedwhenthe
vehiclewaslocked(ie.by’superlocking’using
thehandset).

Withthehandset-pressandholdthe
’
secondpressif’superlocking’).
lock’button(presstwiceandholdonthe
Withthekey-turnandholdthekeyinthe

lock’position.
Itwillnotfunctionifthealarmsystemhas
alreadybeentriggeredsinceitwaslastset,
andwillbecancelledifadoorisopened,orif
thevehicleisrelocked.
Thedoorsandtailgatewilllockandthe
windows,followedbythesunroofwillclose.
NOTE:Ifawindoworthesunroofdetectsan
obstruction,amislockoccursandthelocking
sequencewillstop.Removetheobstruction
beforetryingto’lazylock’again.
