accordingtotheproceduresintheWorkshopManual.Failureto
replacethebeltandretractorassemblycouldincreasetheriskof
injuryincollisions.
Energy Management Feature

Thisvehiclehasaseatbeltsystemwithanenergymanagement
featureatthefrontoutboardseatingpositionstohelpfurtherreduce
theriskofinjuryintheeventofahead-oncollision.

Thefrontoutboardseatbeltsystemshavearetractorassemblythatis
designedtopayoutwebbinginacontrolledmanner.Thisfeatureis
designedtohelpreducethebeltforceactingontheoccupant’schest.
Front safety belt height  adjustment
Thefrontoutboardseatsareequippedwithbeltheightadjusters.
Ifyourvehicleisequippedwithseatintegratedrestraints(SIR),youwill
nothaveasafetybeltheightadjuster.
Adjusttheheightoftheshoulderbeltsothebeltrestsacrossthemiddle
ofyourshoulder.
