Fuses
Fuse box in engine compartment
Removing/installing cover
!
The fuse box cover must be installed
properly to prevent moisture and/or dirt from
entering the fuse box and possibly impairing fuse
operation.

Open the tailgate (୴ page 119).
The fuse box is located on the passenger
side of the engine compartment.
̈ Insert a suitable object such as a coin
into the slot of lock 1 (୴ page 505).
̈
Open the hood (୴ page 341).
̈ Close the hood after checking or
replacing fuses (୴ page 343).
̈
Turn lock 1 counterclockwise by 90°
in direction of arrow.
Fuse box in cargo compartment

Remove cover 2.
The fuse box is located in the cargo com-
partment behind the passenger side trim
panel.
̈ Install cover 2 in reverse order.

Pull clamps 2 in direction of arrow.
Lift fuse box cover 1 up.
