Move the respective head restraint to
its uppermost position (୴ page 128).
̈ Securely fasten hook 3, which is part
of the tether strap 4, to anchorage
ring 2.
Warning!

After installing top tether straps, make sure
that the seat backrests are in an upright po-
sition and are properly locked. Check for
secure locking by pushing and pulling on the
seat backrests. If a seat backrest is not
properly locked, the seat backrest could
fold. The child seat would no longer be prop-
erly supported or positioned to provide its
intended benefit.
