For best resu lts, install a new battery in the hand held

transm itter before program ming. If you r garage door

opener (located in the garage) is equ ipped with an

antenna, make sure that the antenna is hanging straight

down.

WARNING!

Amovinggaragedoorcancauseinjurytopeopleand

petsinthepathofthedoor.Peopleorpetscouldbe

seriouslyorfatallyinjured.Onlyusethistransceiver

with a garage door opener that has a “stop and

reverse” feature as required by federal safety stan-

dards.Thisincludesmostgaragedooropenermod-

els manufactured after 1982. Do not use a garage

door opener without these safety features it could
