The Universal Transceiver light will flash slow ly and
then rap idly when the program ming is successfu l.
2. When the ind icator light begins to flash slow ly (after
20 second s) position the hand held transm itter one to
three inches away from the button to be trained .
NOTE: When program ming such a garage door opener
or gate, unp lug the device to prevent possible damage to
the garage door or gate motor.
3. Press and hold the hand held transm itter button.

The Universal Transceiver ind icator light will begin to

flash, first slow ly, then rap idly. When the ind icator lights
begin to flash rap idly, release both buttons.
Press and hold the desired button on the Universal
Transceiver until the garage door or other device begins
to operate. The light in the display show s that the signal
is being transm itted . The hand held transm itter may also
be used at any time.
Security
If you sell you r vehicle, be sure to erase the frequ encies.
To erase all of the previou sly trained frequ encies, hold
down both outsid e buttons until the ind icator light
begins to flash.

Press and hold the Universal Transceiver button to be
rep rogram med. Do not release until step 4 has been
completed .
