WARNING: Toavoidscaldinghotsteamorcoolantfrombeing
releasedfromtheenginecoolingsystem,neverremovethe
reservoircapwhiletheengineisrunningorhot.Failureto
followthiswarningmayresultindamagetotheengine’ scooling
systemandpossibleseverepersonalinjury.
Ifyoumustremovethecoolantcap,followthesestepstoavoidpersonal
injury:

Beforeyouremovethecap,turntheengineoffandletitcool.
Whentheengineiscool,wrapathickclotharoundthecap.Slowly
turncapcounterclockwiseuntilpressurebeginstorelease.

Stepbackwhilethepressurereleases.
Whenyouaresurethatallthepressurehasbeenreleased,usethe
clothtoturnitcounterclockwiseandremovethecap.

NotallcoolantrecyclingprocessesproducecoolantwhichmeetsMazda
specification.Useofarecycledenginecoolantwhichdoesnotmeet
Mazdaspecificationsmayharmengineandcoolingsystemcomponents.
Alwaysdisposeofusedautomotivefluidsinaresponsiblemanner.
