RECREATIONAL TOWING
Followthisguidelinesifyouhaveaneedforrecreationaltowing.An
exampleofrecreationaltowingwouldbetowingyourvehiclebehinda
motorhome.Theseguidelinesaredesignedtoensurethatyourtransaxle
isnotdamaged.
2WDvehicleswithautomatictransaxles:.Itisrecommendedtotow
yourvehiclewiththefrontdrivewheelsonadollyorwithallfour(4)
wheelsoffthegroundonacar-haulingtrailer.
Incaseofaroadsideemergencywithadisabledvehicle,seeWrecker

4WDvehicleswithautomatictransaxles:Donottowyourvehicle
withanywheelsontheground,asvehicleortransmissiondamagemay
occur.Itisrecommendedtotowyourvehiclewithallfour(4)wheelsoff
thegroundsuchaswhenusingacar-haulingtrailer.Otherwise,no
recreationaltowingispermitted.
