Autounlock
Theautounlockfeaturewillunlockallthedoorswhen:

theignitionisinthe3(RUN)position,allthedoorsareclosed,andthe
vehiclehasbeeninmotionataspeedgreaterthan12mph(20km/h);
thevehiclehasthencometoastopandtheignitionisturnedtothe

(OFF/LOCK)or2(ACC)position;and
thedriverdoorisopenedwithin10minutesoftheignitionbeing
transitionedtothe1(LOCK)or2(ACC)position.
Note:Thedoorswillnotautounlockifthevehiclehasbeenelectronically
lockedbeforethedriverdoorisopened.
Deactivating/activatingautounlock
Yourvehiclecomeswiththeautounlockfeatureactivated.Therearefour
methodstoenable/disablethisfeature:

Throughyourauthorizeddealer,or
byusingthepowerdoorunlock/locksequence,
Performingthekeylessentrykeypadprocedure(ifequipped),or
byusingtheinstrumentclustermessagecenter(ifequipped).Referto
MessagecenterintheDriverControlschapter.
Note:Theautounlockfeaturecanbeactivated/deactivatedindependently
oftheautolockfeature.
Powerdoorlockswitchautounlockenable/disableprocedure
Beforestarting,ensuretheignition
isinthe1(LOCK)positionandall
vehicledoorsareclosed.Youmust
completeSteps1–5within
30
secondsortheprocedurewill
havetoberepeated.Ifthe
procedureneedstoberepeated,
waitaminimumof30seconds
beforebeginningagain.
