Programming spare keys
YoucanprogramyourownIntegratedKeyheadTransmittersorstandard
SecuriLock™codedkeystoyourvehicle.Thisprocedurewillprogram
boththeengineimmobilizerkeycodeandtheremoteentrytransmitter
portionoftheIKTtoyourvehicle.Note:Amaximumofeightcoded
keyscanbeprogrammedtoyourvehicle;onlyfouroftheseeightcanbe
IKTswithremoteentryfunctionality.

OnlyuseIntegratedKeyheadTransmitters(IKTs)orstandard
SecuriLock™keys.
Youmusthavetwopreviouslyprogrammedcodedkeys(keysthat
alreadyoperateyourvehicle’sengine)andthenewunprogrammed
key(s)readilyaccessible.

Iftwopreviouslyprogrammedcodedkeysarenotavailable,youmust
takeyourvehicletoyourauthorizeddealertohavethesparekey(s)
programmed.
Pleasereadandunderstandthe
entireprocedurebeforeyoubegin.
1.
Insertthefirstpreviously
programmedcodedkeyintothe
ignition.
2.
Keeptheignitioninthe3(RUN)positionforatleastthreeseconds,but
nomorethan10seconds.
Turntheignitionfromthe1(LOCK)positiontothe3(RUN)position.
3.
Turntheignitiontothe1(LOCK)positionandremovethefirstcoded
keyfromtheignition.
4.
Withintensecondsofturningtheignitiontothe1(LOCK)position,
insertthesecondpreviouslycodedkeyintotheignition.
