system.Whenthesystemisoff,outsideairisshutout.Turntomanually
increase/decreasethefanspeed.Themanualfanspeedsettingwill
appearontheleftsideofthedisplay.Toreturntoautomaticfan
operation,pressAUTO.

:Distributesairthroughtheinstrumentpanelvents.

vents,floorventsandrearseatfloorvents.

Passengertemperature:Presstoengage/disengageseparate

temperatureonthepassengersideofthevehicle.Therecommended
initialsettingisbetween72°F(22°C)and75°F(24°C),thenadjustfor
comfort.Thepassengersidetemperaturesettingwillappearintheupper
rightcornerofthedisplay.

activate/deactivatethepassengerheatedseat.SeeHeatedseatsinthe
SeatingandSafetyRestraintschapter.

Recirculatedair:Presstoactivate/deactivateair
recirculationinthevehicle.Recirculatedairmayreducetheamountof
timeneededtocooldowntheinteriorofthevehicleandmayalsohelp
reduceundesiredodorsfromreachingtheinteriorofthevehicle.
RecirculatedairengagesautomaticallywhenMAXA/Cisselectedorcan
beengagedmanuallyinanyairflowmodeexcept
(defrost).
Recirculatedairmayturnoffautomaticallyinsomeairflowmodesto
reducefogpotential.Whentheignitionswitchisturnedoffandbackon,
theclimatesystemwillreturntotherecirculatedairmodeonlyifthe
A/CbuttonLEDisilluminatedandtheairdistributionselectioniseither
AUTO,
(panel)or
(panel/floor).

MAXA/C:Distributesrecirculatedairthroughtheinstrumentpanel
ventstocoolthevehicle.Thisre-coolingoftheinteriorairismore
economicalandefficient.Recirculatedairmayalsohelpreduce
undesirableodorsfromenteringthevehicle.PresstheMAXA/Cbutton
againfornormalA/Coperation.

A/C:Presstoactivate/deactivateairconditioning.Usewith
recirculatedairtoimprovecoolingperformanceandefficiency.Engages
automaticallyinAUTO,MAXA/C,       (defrost)and
(floor/defrost).
