PressingtheRESETcontrolcyclesthemessagecenterthrougheachof
thesystemsbeingmonitored.

USEONLYRECOMMENDEDENGINEOILS.
Toresettheoilmonitoringsystemto100%aftereachoilchange
[approximately7,500miles(12,000km)or6months]performthe
following:

PressandreleasetheSETUP
controltodisplay“OILLIFE=
XXX%HOLDRESET=NEW”.
2.
PressandholdtheRESET
controlfor2secondsandrelease.
Oillifeissetto100%and“OILLIFE
SETTO100%”isdisplayed.
3.
While“OILLIFESETTO100%”
isdisplayed,ifaloweroillifestart
valueisdesired,pressandreleasetheRESETcontroltoreducethestart
value.EachpressoftheRESETcontrolreducesthevalueby10percent.
Note:Oillifestartvalueof100%equals7,500miles(12,000km)or

months.Forexample,settingoillifestartvalueto60%setstheoillife
startvalueto4,500miles(7,200km)and108days.
