Somedriversmaynoticeaslightmovementofthebrakepedalwhenthe
AdvanceTrac௡withRSCperformsasystemself-check.During
AdvanceTrac௡withRSCoperationyoumayexperiencethefollowing:

Arumble,grunting,orgrindingnoiseafterstartupandwhendrivingoff
Aslightdecelerationofthevehicle
TheAdvanceTrac௡withRSCindicatorlightwillflashwhenthesystem
isactivated.

Ifyourfootisonthebrakepedal,youwillfeelavibrationinthepedal.
TractionControl
TractionControlhelpsyourvehiclemaintaintraction,whendrivingon
slipperyand/orhillyroadsurfaces,bydetectingandcontrollingwheel
spin.Excessivewheelspiniscontrolledbymomentarilyreducingengine
powerand/orapplyingtheanti-lockbrakes.TractionControlisadriver
aidthathelpsyourvehicle.
Ifyourvehicleshouldbecomestuckindeepsnowormud,tryswitching
theAdvanceTrac௡withRSCsystemoffbypressingtheAdvanceTrac௡
withRSCbuttonmomentarily.Thiswillallowyourtiresto“dig”for
traction.RemembertoswitchtheAdvanceTrac௡withRSCsystemback
ononcethevehicleisnolongerstuck.
