SCAN－Thescanfunctiongives
youasamplingofallchannelswhile
inthechannelmode.Inthecategory
mode,onlythechannelswithinthat
categoryarescanned.Toactivate
SCAN,presstheSCANsideofthe
SCAN/A.SELbar.Toscanwiththe
interfacedial,scrolldown,andpush
interfaceselectortotheright.You
willseeSCANonthescreenand
centerdisplay.
3.Pickthepresetbuttonyouwant
forthatchannel.Pressandhold
thepresetbuttonuntilyouheara
beep.Youcanalsopickthe
numberwiththeinterfacedial.
Selectyourdesirednumberand
pressandholdENTERonthe
interfaceselector.
Preset－Youcanstoreupto12
presetchannelsusingthesixpreset
buttons.Eachbuttonstoresone
channelfromtheXM1bandandone
channelfromtheXM2band.
Thesystemplayseachchannelin
numericalorderforafewseconds,
thenselectsthenextchannel.When
youhearachannelyouwantto
continuelisteningto,pushthe
interfaceselectortotherightagain
orpresstheSCANsideofthebarto
cancel.
4.Repeatsteps2and3tostorethe
firstsixchannels.
Tostoreachannel:
1.Pressthe
buttonorscroll
upbypushingtheinterface
selectorup.EitherXM1orXM2
willbeshownonthedisplay.
