aredefaultsettingsforeachofthese
features.Youcanturnofforchange
thesettingsforthesefeaturesas
describedonthefollowingpages.
AutoDoorLocking
Ifyouforgetandleavethekeyinthe
ignitionswitch,lockoutprevention
willnotallowyoutolockthedriver’s
door.Withanydooropenandthe
keyintheignitionswitch,locking
withmasterdoorlockswitchis
disabled.Ifthedriver’sdooris
closed,thelocktabonthedriver’s
doorisnotdisabled.Pullingthe
driver’slocktabrearwardwilllock
alldoors.Ifyoutrytolockanopen
driver’sdoorbypullingthelocktab
rearward,thedriver’sdoorlocktab
popsoutandunlocksthedriver’s
door.
Theautodoorlockingfeaturehas
threepossiblesettings:
Theautodoorlockingis
deactivatedallthetime.
Thedoorslockwheneveryou
movetheshiftleveroutofthe
Park(P)position(A/Tvehicles).
Whenyoucustomizethesetting,
makesureyourvehicleisparked
safelytheengineisoff,andapplythe
parkingbrake.Makeallsettings
beforeyoustartdriving.
Thedoorslockwhenthevehicle
speedreaches9mph(15km/h).
Thisisthedefaultsetting.
