PlacethetransmissionshiftleverinN(Neutral).
Placetheignitiontotheaccessoryposition(refertoStartinginthe

Donotexceed65mph(105km/h)ifthevehicleisequippedwithan
automatictransmissionor70mph(113km/h)ifequippedwitha
manualtransmission.

Forvehiclesequippedwithanautomatictransmission,starttheengine
andallowittorunforfiveminutesatthebeginningofeachdayand
everysixhoursthereafter.Withtheenginerunningandyourfooton
thebrake,shiftintoD(Drive)andthenintoR(Reverse)before
shiftingbackintoN(Neutral).
All-wheeldrive(AWD)3.0Lvehicles:
TowyourAWDvehiclewithallfourwheelsonthegroundorwithallfour
wheelsoffthegroundusingavehicletransporttrailer.Donottowyour
AWDvehiclewiththefrontwheelsofftheground(byusingatow
dolly)andtherearwheelsontheground;thiswillcausedamage
toyourAWDsystem.Ifyouareusingavehicletransporttrailer,follow
theinstructionspecifiedbytheequipmentprovider.
