removetherubberbulbaccess
coverfromthehousing.

Removethebulbsocketbyrotatingitcounterclockwise,thenpullit
straightoutofthelampassembly.

connectorfromthebulbsocketand
discardtheoldbulbsocket.
Disconnecttheelectrical
WARNING:Handleahalogenheadlampbulbcarefullyandkeep
outofchildren’sreach.Graspthebulbonlybyitsplasticbase
anddonottouchtheglass.Theoilfromyourhandcouldcausethe
bulbtobreakthenexttimetheheadlampsareoperated.

Connectthenewbulbsockettotheelectricalconnector.
Installthenewbulbsocketintothelampassemblybyaligningthe
indexingfingers,thenrotateclockwisetothelockedposition.

Installtherubberbulbaccesscovertothehousing.

Re-applypressurearoundthehousingtomakesuretheprotective
rubbercoveriscompletelyseated.
10.
headlampwascorrectlyalignedbeforeyouchangedthebulb,youshould
notneedtoalignitagain.
