MEMORYPRESETS(0–9):Whentunedtoanystation,pressandhold
apresetbuttonuntilsoundreturnsandPRESET#SAVEDappearsin
thedisplay.Youcansaveupto30stations,10inAM,10inFM1and
FM2.
Savingpresetsautomatically–Autosetallowsyoutosetthestrongest
localradiostationswithoutlosingyouroriginalmanuallysetpreset
stationsforAM/FM1/FM2.
Toactivatetheautosetfeature:PressMENUrepeatedlyuntilAUTO
PRESETON/OFFappearsinthedisplay.Use
SEEK/TRACK
to
toggleAUTOPRESETtoON,andeitherwaitfivesecondsforthesearch
toinitiateorpressOKtoimmediatelyinitiatethesearch.Ifyoupress
anothercontrolwithinthosefiveseconds,thesearchwillnotinitiate.
The10strongeststationswillbefilledandthestationstoredinpreset1
willbeginplaying.
Iftherearefewerthen10strongstations,thesystemwillstorethelast
oneintheremainingpresets.
RDS(RadioDataSystem)Radio
AvailableonlyinFMmode.Thisfeatureallowsyoutosearch
RDS-equippedstationsforacertaincategoryofmusicformat:CLASSIC,
COUNTRY,JAZZ/RB,ROCK,etc.
Toactivate:PressMENUrepeatedlyuntilRDS(ON/OFF)appearsinthe
display.Use
SEEK/TRACK
totoggleRDSON/OFF.WhenRDSis
OFF,youwillnotbeabletosearchforRDSequippedstationsorview
thestationnameortype.
