Thesystemwillautomaticallydeterminefanspeed,airflowdistribution,
A/Conoroff,andoutsideorrecirculatedair,toheatorcoolthevehicle
toreachthedesiredtemperature.Turntoincrease/decreasethe
temperatureonthedriversideofthevehicle.Thecontrolalsoadjusts
thepassengersidetemperaturewhenPASSTEMPisdisengaged.The
recommendedinitialsettingisbetween72°F(22°C)and75°F(24°C),
thenadjustforcomfort.Thedriversidetemperaturesettingwillappear
intheupperleftcornerofthedisplay.

Reardefroster:Presstoactivate/deactivatetherearwindow
defroster.Thebuttonwillalsoactivate/deactivatetheheatedmirrors(if
equipped).RefertoRearwindowdefrosterlaterinthischapterfor
moreinformation.

Defrost:Distributesoutsideairthroughthewindshielddefroster
ventsanddemistervents.Canbeusedtoclearthewindshieldoffogand
thinice.Thesystemwillautomaticallyprovideoutsideairtoreduce
windowfogging.Pressthisbuttonagaintoreturntothepreviousairflow
selection.Toreturntofullautomaticcontrol,pressAUTO.

vents,floorventsandrearseatfloorvents.Thesystemwillautomatically
provideoutsideairtoreducewindowfogging.Toreturntofullautomatic

system.Whenthesystemisoff,outsideairispreventedfromentering
thevehiclethroughthevents.Press+ or– toselectthedesired
