attempts,themanufacturershallberequiredtoeitherreplacethe
vehiclewithonesubstantiallyidenticalorrepurchasethevehicleand
reimbursethebuyerinanamountequaltotheactualpricepaidor
payablebytheconsumer(lessareasonableallowanceforconsumer
use).Theconsumerhastherighttochoosewhethertoreceivearefund
orreplacementvehicle.
