quickly.Thewindowwillclose
fully.Momentarilypressthe
switchtoanypositiontostopthe
windowoperation.
Iftheswitchispressedandheldto
thenormalopenorone-touchdownpositionduringaone-touchup
event,thewindowwillstop.If,after1/2secondtheswitchisstillheld,
thewindowwillperformanormalopenorone-touchdown.
Bounce-back
Whenanobstaclehasbeendetectedinthewindowopeningasthe
windowismovingupward,thewindowwillautomaticallyreverse
directionandmovedown.Thisisknownas“bounce-back”.Iftheignition
isturnedoff(withoutaccessorydelaybeingactive)duringbounce-back,
thewindowwillmovedownuntilthebounce-backpositionisreached.
Securityoverride
Tooverrideabounce-backcondition,withintwosecondsafterthe
windowreachesthebounce-backposition,pullandholdtheswitchup
andthewindowwilltravelupwithnobounce-backorpinch
protection.Iftheswitchisreleasedbeforethewindowisfullyclosed,
thewindowwillstop.Forexample,thiscanbeusedtoovercomethe
resistanceoficeonthewindoworseals.
Window lock
Thewindowlockfeatureallowsonly
thedriverandfrontpassengerto
operatethepowerwindows.
Tolockoutallthewindowcontrols
(exceptforthedriverandfront
passenger)presstherightsideof
thecontrol.Presstheleftsideto
restorethewindowcontrols.
Accessory delay
Withaccessorydelay,thewindowswitches,audiosystemandmoonroof
(ifequipped)maybeusedforupto10minutesaftertheignitionswitch
isturnedofforuntileitherfrontdoorisopened.
