serviceyourvehicle.ItispreferredthatyoureturntotheForddealer
whereyourvehiclewaspurchasedwhenwarrantyrepairsareneeded.
However,youmayalsotakeyourvehicletoanotherFordMotor
CompanyorFordofCanadadealershipauthorizedforwarrantyrepairs.
Certainwarrantyrepairsrequirespecialtrainingthough,sonotall
dealersareauthorizedtoperformallwarrantyrepairs.Thatmeansthat
dependingonthewarrantyrepairneeded,thevehiclemayneedtobe
takentoanotherdealer.Ifaparticulardealershipcannotassistyou,
thencontacttheCustomerRelationshipCenter.
Ifyouhavequestionsorconcerns,orareunsatisfiedwiththeserviceyou
arereceiving,followthesesteps:

selling/servicingdealership.
