Driver Controls
To set a speed
•
PressSETACC.Forspeed
controltooperate,thespeed
controlmustbeONandthe
vehiclespeedmustbegreater
than48km/h(30mph).

Ifyoudriveupordownasteephill,yourvehiclespeedmayvary
momentarilyslowerorfasterthanthesetspeed.Thisisnormal.
Speedcontrolcannotreducethevehiclespeedifitincreasesabovethe
setspeedonadownhill.Ifyourvehiclespeedisfasterthantheset
speedwhiledrivingonadownhill,youmaywanttoshifttothenext
lowergearorapplythebrakestoreduceyourvehiclespeed.
Ifyourvehicleslowsdownmorethan16km/h(10mph)belowyourset
speedonanuphill,yourspeedcontrolwilldisengage.Thisisnormal.
PressingRSMwillre-engageit.
Donotusethespeedcontrolinheavytrafficoronroadsthat
arewinding,slippery,orunpaved.
To set a higher set  speed
•
PressandholdSETACC.Release
thecontrolwhenthedesired
vehiclespeedisreachedor

SET
ACC
•
PressandreleaseSETACCto
operatetheTap-Upfunction.
Eachpresswillincreasetheset
speedby1.6km/h(1mph)or
CST
•
Acceleratewithyouracceleratorpedal.Whenthedesiredvehicle
speedisreached,pressandreleaseSETACC.
Youcanacceleratewiththeacceleratorpedalatanytimeduringspeed
controlusage.Releasingtheacceleratorpedalwillreturnyourvehicleto
thepreviouslyprogrammedsetspeed.
