Passing Light
Turn Signals
You can signal another vehicle with your headlights by
lightlypullingthemultifunctioncontrollevertowardthe
steeringwheel.Thiswillcausetheheadlightstoturnon
athighbeamandremainonuntiltheleverisreleased.
Move the multifunction control lever up or down, and
thearrowsoneachsideoftheinstrumentclusterflash,to
showproperoperationofthefrontandrearturnsignal
lights.Youcansignalalanechangebymovingthelever
partiallyupordownwithoutmovingbeyondthedetent.

Front Fog Lights — If Equipped
Thefrontfoglightswitchislocatedonthemulti-
function control lever. To activate the front fog
lights,turnontheparkingorlowbeamheadlights
andpullouttheendofthelever.
If either light has a very fast flash rate, check for a
defectiveoutsidelightbulb.Ifanindicatorfailstolight
whentheleverismoved,itwouldsuggestthatthefuse
orindicatorisdefectiveortheremaybeacircuitfailure.
NOTE: Thefoglightswillonlyoperatewiththeparking
lights or the headlights on low beam. Selecting high
beamheadlightswillturnoffthefoglights.
NOTE: Atonewillchimeiftheturnsignalsarelefton
formorethan1mi(2km).
Daytime Running Lights — If Equipped
Theheadlightscomeonatalowintensitylevelafterthe
vehicle has been driven approximately 3 ft (1 m). They
willturnoffwhenthevehicleisturnedofforwhenthe
headlightsareswitchedon.
