will remain tuned to the new station until you make
another selection. Holding either button will bypass

PowerSwitch/VolumeControl(Rotary)
Push the ON/VOLUME control knob to turn on the
radio. Press the ON/VOLUME control knob a second
timetoturnofftheradio.
SCANButton
PressingtheSCANbuttoncausesthetunertosearchfor
the next listenable station, in AM, FM or Satellite (if 4
equipped) frequencies, pausing for five seconds at each
listenable station before continuing to the next. To stop
thesearch,presstheSCANbuttonasecondtime.
ElectronicVolumeControl
The electronic volume control turns continuously (360
degrees)ineitherdirectionwithoutstopping.Turningthe
ON/VOLUME control knob to the right increases the
volumeandtotheleftdecreasesit.
VoiceRecognitionButton(UConnectHands-Free
Phone)—IfEquipped
Press this button to operate the Hands-Free Phone
(UConnect)feature(ifequipped).Referto“Hands-Free
Communication(UConnect)”inSection3.
WhentheaudiosystemisturnedON,thesoundwillbe
setatthesamevolumelevelaslastplayed.

PressandreleasetheSEEKbuttonstosearchforthenext
listenablestationinAM/FMmode.Presstherightswitch
Ifyourvehicleisnotequippedwithorthisfeatureisnot
available on your vehicle, a “Not Equipped With
UConnect”messagewilldisplayontheradioscreen.
