WARNING
Donotdriveyourvehicleifyousmellexhaustgasinsidethevehicle:
Engineexhaustgasisdangerous.Thisgascontainscarbonmonoxide(CO),whichis
colorless,odorless,andpoisonous.Wheninhaled,itcancauselossofconsciousness
anddeath.Ifyousmellexhaustgasinsideyourvehicle,keepallwindowsfullyopen
andcontactanAuthorizedMazdaDealerimmediately.
Donotruntheenginewheninsideanenclosedarea:
Runningtheengineinsideanenclosedarea,suchasagarage,isdangerous.Exhaust
gas,whichcontainspoisonouscarbonmonoxide,couldeasilyenterthecabin.Loss
ofconsciousnessorevendeathcouldoccur.
Openthewindowsoradjusttheheatingorcoolingsystemtodrawfreshairwhen
idlingtheengine:
Exhaustgasisdangerous.Whenyourvehicleisstoppedwiththewindowsclosed
andtheenginerunningforalongtimeeveninanopenarea,exhaustgas,which
containspoisonouscarbonmonoxide,couldenterthecabin.Lossofconsciousnessor
evendeathcouldoccur.
Clearsnowfromunderneathandaroundyourvehicle,particularlythetailpipe,
beforestartingtheengine:
Runningtheenginewhenavehicleisstoppedindeepsnowisdangerous.The
exhaustpipecouldbeblockedbythesnow,allowingexhaustgastoenterthecabin.
Becauseexhaustgascontainspoisonouscarbonmonoxide,itcouldcauselossof
consciousnessorevendeathtooccupantsinthecabin.
