puncturedtirewiththetemporaryspare

CAUTION
Wheninspectingoradjustingthetire
airpressures,donotapplyexcessive
forcetothestempartofthewheel
unit.Thestempartcouldbe
damaged.
NOTE
Atirepressuresensorisnotinstalledtothe
temporarysparetire.Thewarninglightwill
flashcontinuouslywhilethetemporaryspare
tireisbeingused.
Changingtiresandwheels
Thefollowingprocedureallowsthe
TPMStorecognizeatirepressuresensor's
uniqueIDsignalcodewhenevertiresor
wheelsarechanged,suchaschangingto
andfromwintertires.
Warninglightflashes
Whenthewarninglightflashes,theremay
beasystemmalfunction.Consultan
AuthorizedMazdaDealer.
NOTE
qSystemErrorActivation
EachtirepressuresensorhasauniqueID
signalcode.Thesignalcodemustbe
registeredwiththeTPMSbeforeitcanwork.
Theeasiestwaytodoitistohavean
AuthorizedMazdaDealerchangeyourtireand
completeIDsignalcoderegistration.
WhentheTPMSwarninglightflashes,
theremaybeasystemmalfunction.

Asystemerroractivationmayoccurin

Whenthereisequipmentoradevice

Whenhavingtireschangedatan
AuthorizedMazdaDealer
nearthevehicleusingthesameradio
frequencyasthatofthetirepressure
sensors.
Whenusingthefollowingdevicesin
thevehiclethatmaycauseradio
interferencewiththereceiverunit.
TirepressuresensorIDsignalcode
registrationiscompletedwhenan
AuthorizedMazdaDealerchangesyour
vehicle'stires.

Adigitaldevicesuchasapersonal

computer.
Whenchangingtiresyourself
Acurrentconverterdevicesuchasa
DC-ACconverter.

Ifyouorsomeoneelsechangestires,you
orsomeoneelsecanalsoundertakethe
stepsfortheTPMStocompletetheID
signalcoderegistration.
Whenexcesssnoworiceadheresto
thevehicle,especiallyaroundthe
wheels.
Whenthetirepressuresensorbatteries
