Theadvancedkeylessfunctions(advancedkeylessentryandstartsystem)enablesthe
followingoperationswhiletheadvancedkeyisbeingcarried(page3-7).
Locking/unlockingthedoorsandtheliftgate,andopeningtheliftgate,andopeningthe

trunklid,withoutoperatingthekey.
Startingtheenginewithoutoperatingthekey.

Leavingchildreninavehiclewiththekeyisdangerous.Thiscouldresultinsomeone
beingbadlyinjuredorevenkilled.Childrenmayfindthesenewkindsofkeystobe
aninterestingtoytoplaywithandcouldcausethepowerwindowsorothercontrols
tooperate,orevenmakethevehiclemove.
Radiowavesfromtheadvancedkeymayaffectmedicalequipmentsuchas
pacemakers:
Beforeusingtheadvancedkeynearpeoplewhousemedicalequipment,askthe
medicalequipmentmanufactureroryourphysicianifradiowavesfromthe
advancedkeywillaffecttheequipment.
