TheCAMVAPprogramisastraight-forwardandrelativelyspeedy
alternativetoresolveadisagreementwhenallothereffortstoproducea
settlementhavefailed.Thisprocedureiswithoutcosttoyouandis
designedtoeliminatetheneedforlengthyandexpensivelegal
proceedings.
IntheCAMVAPprogram,impartialthird-partyarbitratorsconduct
hearingsatmutuallyconvenienttimesandplacesinaninformal
environment.Theseimpartialarbitratorsreviewthepositionsofthe
parties,makedecisionsand,whenappropriate,renderawardstoresolve

GETTING ASSISTANCE OUTSIDE THE U.S. AND CANADA

oflocalvehicleregistrationregulationsandwheretofindunleadedfuel.
Ifyoucannotfindunleadedfuelorcanonlygetfuelwithananti-knock
indexlowerthanisrecommendedforyourvehicle,contactadistrictor
ownerrelations/customerrelationshipoffice.
Theuseofleadedfuelinyourvehiclewithoutproperconversionmay
damagetheeffectivenessofyouremissioncontrolsystemandmaycause
