LO AUTO position should be used for front seat occu-
pantsonly.TheHIAUTOpositionshouldbeusedwhen
moreairflowisdesired,orwhenrearseatoccupantsare
present. Dial in the comfort setting you would like the
systemtomaintainbyrotatingthedriver’sorpassenger’s
control knob. Once the comfort level is selected the
system will maintain that level automatically using the
heatingsystem.Shouldthedesiredcomfortlevelrequire
airconditioning,thesystemwillautomaticallymakethe
adjustment.

The air conditioning in this system is automatic.
Pressing this button while in AUTO mode will

The system will automatically control recircu-
lation.However,pressingthisbuttonwilltem-
porarilyputthesysteminrecirculationmode.
Thiscanbeusedwhenoutsideconditionssuch
assmoke,odors,dust,orhighhumidityarepresent.This
willcausetheLEDtoilluminate.
You will experience the greatest efficiency by simply
allowingthesystemtofunctionautomatically.Selecting
the OFF position on the fan control stops the system
completely.
NOTE: Thetemperaturesettingcanbeadjustedatany
timewithoutaffectingautomaticcontroloperation.How-
ever, if the driver and/or passenger temperature knobs
are set to the full hot or full cold positions, the air
