The downward force exerted on the hitch ball by the 5
trailer. In most cases it should not be less than 10% or
morethan15%ofthetrailerload.Youmustconsiderthis
aspartoftheloadonyourvehicle.
Thegrosscombinationweightrating(GCWR)isthetotal
permissible weight of your vehicle and trailer when
weighedincombination.(NotethatGCWRratingsinclude
a150lbs(68kg)allowanceforthepresenceofadriver).

axles. Distribute the load over the front and rear axles
