Thisfilterremovesthedustand
pollenthatisbroughtinfromthe
outsidethroughtheheatingand
coolingsystem/climatecontrol
system.
Checktheconditionofthewiper
bladesatleastevery6months.
Replacethemifyoufindsignsof
crackingintherubber,andareas
thataregettinghardoriftheyleave
streaksandunwipedareaswhen
used.
Haveyourdealerreplacethefilter
whenthisserviceisindicatedbya
maintenancemessageonthe
informationdisplay.Itshouldbe
replacedevery15,000miles(24,000
km)ifyoudriveprimarilyinurban
areasthathavehighconcentrations
ofsootintheair,oriftheflowfrom
theheatingandcoolingsystem
becomeslessthanusual.
Toreplaceawiperblade:
1.Raiseeachwiperarmoffthe
windshield,liftingthedriver’sside
first,thenthepassenger’sside.
Do not open the hood when the wiper
arms are raised, or you will damage the
hood and wiper arms.
