Technical Information
This model can have system DELCO 2 in the models from 1998 until 2001, and later DELCO 3.
During the first phase (1998-2001) the 156 key carried one Philips Crypto 1º Generation with one
special pre-charge for FIAT Group, later from 2001 in advance the 156 key has one 2ºGeneration
Philips Transponder in JMA Reference: TP12.
ATTENTION: In FIAT Group cars, only we should add new keys, never to erase all the previous
keys, because in other case we would be able to originate a problem in the ECU if we erase all. All
keys to be programmed must be present at the same time as once you have coded the keys into the
system all other keys not present will be deleted for ever and cannot be reused. Once the transponder
has been programmed the remotes can be programmed using the RT3 Diagnostic unit and software
