governmentcourseasatiregrade100.Therelative
performanceoftiresdependsupontheactual
conditionsoftheiruse,however,andmaydepart
significantlyfromthenormduetovariationsin
drivinghabits,servicepractices,anddifferencesin
roadcharacteristicsandclimate.

andC,andtheyrepresentthetire’sabilitytostop
onwetpavementasmeasuredundertestsurfacesof
