Yourvehiclewasnotdesignedtousefuelorfuel
additiveswithmetalliccompounds,including
manganese-basedcompoundscontaining(MMT).
VehiclescertifiedtomeetCaliforniaemission
standards(indicatedontheunderhoodVehicle
EmissionsControlInformationlabel)aredesignedto
operateonCaliforniareformulatedgasolines.If
Californiareformulatedgasolineisnotavailable
whenyourefuel,yourvehiclecanbeoperatedon
non-Californiafuels.However,eventhoughyour
enginewillperformadequatelyonothergasolines,
theperformanceoftheemissioncontroldevicesand
systemsmaybeadverselyaffected.
Repairofdamagecausedbyusingafuelforwhich
yourvehiclewasnotdesignedmaynotbecovered
byyourwarranty.
