couldinterferewiththeairbaginflationandinjurethe
occupants.
WARNING: SideAirBagStorageAreas:
Attachingthingstotheseatinsuchawayastocoverthe
outboardsideoftheseatinanywayisdangerous.Inan
accidenttheobjectcouldinterferewiththesideairbag,which
inflatesfromtheoutboardsideofthefrontseats,impedingthe
addedprotectionofthesideairbagsystemorredirectingthe
airbaginawaythatisdangerous.Furthermore,thebagcould
becutopenspewingexhaust.Donothangnetbags,map
pouchesorbackpadswithsidestrapsonthefrontseats.
Alwayskeepthesideairbagstorageareasinyourfrontseats
freetodeployintheeventofasidecollision.
WARNING: UsingSeatCovers:
Usingaseatcoveronthefrontseatscouldbedangerous.Ina
severesidecollision,theseatcoverscouldinterferewiththe
sideairbaginflationandseriousinjuriescouldresult.Never
useseatcoversonthefrontseats.
Topreventdamagetothesideairbagwiring,don’tplaceluggage
orotherobjectsunderthefrontseats.
