Unlocking the doors

Turnthekeyinthedoorcylindertounlockthedriver’sdoor.Note:
Theinteriorlampswillilluminate,ifthecontrolontheoverhead
lampisintheDOORposition,theflasherswillflashtwice,andthe
perimeteralarmsystem(ifequipped)willdeactivate.
2.
Turnthekeyinthedoorcylinderagainwithinthreesecondsto
unlockthepassengerdoors,theliftgateandliftgateglass.Thepark
lampswillflashtwicetoconfirmalldoorsareunlocked.
Thistwostepunlockingfeatureactivatestheilluminatedentryfeature.This
featureturnsonalltheinteriorlampsfor30secondsoruntiltheignitionis
turnedtotheRUNposition.Ifthedomelampcontrol(ifequipped)isinthe
offposition,theilluminatedentryfeaturewillnotwork.
Theinsidelightswillnotturnoffif:

anydoorisopen.
Thebatterysaverfeaturewillturnofftheinteriorlamps30minutesafter
theignitionisturnedtotheOFFposition.
