Theloweranchorsforchildseat
installationarelocatedattherear
sectionoftherearseatbetweenthe
cushionandseatback.
Followthechildseatmanufacturer’sinstructionstoproperlyinstalla
childseatwithLATCHattachments.
WARNING: AttachLATCHlowerattachmentsofthechildseat
onlytotheanchorsshown.
IfyouinstallachildseatwithrigidLATCHattachments,donottighten
thetetherstrapenoughtoliftthechildseatoffthevehicleseatcushion
whenthechildisseatedinit.Keepthetetherstrapjustsnugwithout
liftingthefrontofthechildseat.Keepingthechildseatjusttouchingthe
vehicleseatgivesthebestprotectioninaseverecrash.
Eachtimeyouusethesafetyseat,checkthattheseatisproperly
attachedtotheloweranchorsandtetheranchor.Trytotiltthechild
seatfromsidetoside.Alsotrytotugtheseatforward.Checktoseeif
theanchorsholdtheseatinplace.
WARNING: Ifthesafetyseatisnotanchoredproperly,therisk
ofachildbeinginjuredinacrashgreatlyincreases.
