Thissafetybeltsystemhasaretractorassemblythatisdesignedto
payoutwebbinginacontrolledmanner.Thisfeatureisdesignedto
helpreducethebeltforceactingontheoccupant’schest.
WARNING: Allsafetybeltsshouldbecheckedforproper
function.Additionally,ifthefrontairbagshavedeployed,the
frontpretensionershavealsodeployedandthefrontseat
restraintsystemmustbereplaced.Afteranyvehiclecollision,
thesafetybeltsystematalloutboardseatingpositions(except
driver,whichhasno“automaticlockingretractor”feature)
mustbecheckedbyaqualifiedtechniciantoverifythatthe
“automaticlockingretractor”featureforchildseatsisstill
functioningproperly.
