Handleahalogenheadlampbulbcarefullyandkeepoutof
children’sreach.Graspthebulbonlybyitsplasticbaseanddo
nottouchtheglass.Theoilfromyourhandscouldcausethebulb
tobreakthenexttimetheheadlampsareoperated.Alwayswear
safetyglasseswhilehandlingbulbs.
NOTE:Ifthebulbisaccidentallytouched,itshouldbecleanedwith
rubbingalcoholbeforebeingused.

Inserttheglassendofthenewbulbintotheheadlampassembly.
Whenthebulb’sthreemetaltabsarealignedwiththegroovesinthe
plasticbase,pushthebulbintothelampassemblyuntilthebulb’s
metalbasecontactstherearofthelampassembly.
8.
Rotatetheretainerspringoverthebulbplasticbaseandsecureiton
thebulbhooks.
9.
Installrubberbootonthelampassembly.
10.
Connecttheelectricalconnectorintotherearoftheplasticbase
untilit“snaps.”
Replacing brake/tail/turn/backup lamps bulbs
Thebrake/tail/turn/backuplampbulbsarelocatedinthetaillamp
assembly,onejustbelowtheother.Followthesamestepstoreplace
eitherbulb:

Opentheliftgatetoexposethe
lampassemblies.
Removethetwoscrewsfrom
thelampassembly.
Carefullyremovethelamp
assemblybypullingitrearward.
Twistthebulbsocket
counterclockwiseandremove
fromlampassembly.
