pressingdownonthereardeck
latchestolockthelatches,andthen
verifythattheyaresecureby
attemptingtolifttherearofthe
hardtop.
11. Makesurethestrikerforthetoplatch
issecurelyengagedwiththeanchor
beforepushingthetoplatchlever.
Rotatetheleverofthetoplatchwith
thepalmofyourhanduntilthetop
latchislocked.

Pulltheleversandfullyreleasethe
sidelatches.
CAUTION
Becarefulnottostrikethebodywith
anyoftheprotrudinghardtop
latches.

Thereardefoggergridandthe
defoggercordcouldbedamaged
whenremovingorinstallingthe
hardtop.Makesurethereardefogger
gridisn'tfoldedandthedefogger
cordisn'tcaughtbetweenthe
vehicle'sbodyandthehardtop.
