hardtop:

Ifthehardtopweretooperateunexpectedly,itcouldresultinanaccidentandserious

injuryfromsomeonegettingcaughtinthemechanism.

Alwaysdrivesafelyandobservethespeedlimit:

Rolloveraccidentsonahardtopvehiclearedangerous.Thehardtopisnotasstrong

asaregularsteelroof.Rolloveraccidentscoulddislodgeorcrushthehardtopand

causeseriousinjuriesorevendeath,justaswithnotop.

Sitintheseatwiththeseatbeltcorrectlyfastenedwhenthevehicleismoving:

Standinginthevehicle,orsittingonthedeckorcenterconsolewhenthevehicleis

movingisadangerouswaytoride.Duringasuddenmaneuverorcollisionyoucould

beseriouslyinjuredorevenkilled.

Alwayskeepyourhandsandfingersawayfromthefasteningmechanismswhen

movingthehardtop:

Itisdangeroustoplaceyourhandsorfingersnearthefasteningmechanisms.Your

handsorfingerscouldbecaughtandinjuredbythemechanism.

CAUTION

Donotdrivewiththehardtoppartiallyopened;thiscoulddamagethehardtopor

causeanunexpectedaccident.

Childrenshouldnotbeallowedtoplaywiththeopen/closeswitch.

Donotplaceobjectsonthedeckornearthebackwindow.

Evensmallobjectsmayinterfereandcausedamage.

Removeleavesthataccumulateonandaroundthehardtop.Iftheleavesarenot

removed,theymayblockthewaterdrainageoutlets.

Beforeopeningthehardtop,makesuretherearwindowdefoggerswitch(Defroster)is

turnedoff.Otherwisetheheatgeneratedfromthedefoggercoulddamagethehardtop

andtheinternalmaterial.

Beforeopeningorclosingthehardtop,stopinasafeplaceofftheright-of-wayandpark

onalevelsurface.
